1. Booking Requirements All coaching sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings can be made via: Our official website Email WhatsApp When booking, please ensure you select your preferred session format and provide accurate contact details. 2. 📩 Booking Confirmation Once your session is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message that includes: The session date and time A Zoom or Google Meet link for virtual sessions Any relevant pre-session materials or instructions For in-person sessions, location details will be confirmed based on mutual agreement. 3. 💻 Session Formats Online Coaching: Conducted via Zoom or Google Meet In-person Coaching: Available where applicable and agreed upon in advance 4. 🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that life happens, and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your session time. You can reschedule your session once without penalty, provided notice is given. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and considered forfeited. To reschedule or cancel, contact us directly via email or WhatsApp. 5. 💳 Refund Policy Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no extra cost. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable.
