đ DirectThrive Booking Policy At DirectThrive, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for every client, please review our booking policy below: đč 1. Appointment Booking All 1:1 consultations, mentorship calls, or strategy sessions must be booked through our official booking system. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. If you donât receive one, please contact us. đč 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your session may result in a forfeited session or fee, depending on the service tier. đč 3. No-Show Policy If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and may not be rescheduled or refunded. We allow one courtesy reschedule in the event of a no-show. Additional no-shows may lead to removal from future services or programs. đč 4. Payment & Refunds Full payment (if applicable) is required at the time of booking. We do not offer refunds for missed or canceled sessions. Credit may be offered for future bookings under special circumstances. đč 5. Communication All follow-up communication, resources, or prep work will be sent via email within 24 hours after your session. For mentorship clients, additional contact methods (DM/voice note) may be outlined in your onboarding email. đč 6. Respect & Professionalism We maintain a safe and respectful environment.
